Message	reservoir is keeping the pump from moving. I'd try to move the pump away from the engine to see how easily it moves, and see if you can kind of get it moving more easily. If the hose is limiting your movement, you can syphon out the fluid to down low in the hose and remove the reservoir. Be sure you are using the correct belt. The newer UR crank pulley uses the stock belt. Older UR pulley uses a shorter belt.
